Installation and Upgrade experience needed.BMC ITSM Incident Managment 7x, SLM, CMDB and Change Management experience is a must.Integration experience with other external applications from Incident Managment, CMDB.Should be atleast ITIL Foundations certified.Web services and Oracle SQL experience is preferred.Excellent communication skills and should be able to Train users and other Jr.Remedy developers.
